On May 11th, 2007, a South Africa delegation led by Ms. Nomvula Mokonyane Member of the Executive Council of Gauteng Province visited BNBM. Mr. Chengong Zhang Vice General Manager of BNBM and Mr. Tian Jun, Vice General Manager of BNBM Homes Co., Ltd. together with other staff of international business department received the visit.

  The South Africa delegation showed great interest in BNBM’s steel structure house. Their visit this time was to seek cooperation between the Housing Department of Gauteng Province and BNBM Public Limited Company, especially to investigate the BNBM’s steel structure house.

  During the meeting, Ms. Nomvula Mokonyane introduced the housing development projects in Gauteng province according to the government future layout. She also introduced the market demand for economical houses from low and middle income people. Mr. Chengong Zhang expressed that BNBM Public Limited Company will actively participate in the housing industrialization process of Gauteng Province and would also like to provide relative training service to South Afica.

  The two parties signed a cooperation memorandum after a full negotiation.
