CNBM (HK3323) has published its interim report for the first half year. Mr. Song Zhiping, the chairman of CNBM, and other managers held the press conference and analysis conference to report business operation of the first half year to investors.

CNBM has overcome increase of raw materials and natural disaster in the first half year, developed consolidation and restructure, improve management, and insure project implementation. Main operating indicators have increased largely comparing the same time last year. Operating income has increased by 170%, and net income has increased by 113%.

CNBM has developed consolidation and restructure in cement business, and formed four market profit areas including Zhejiang, Hunan, Fujian, and Henan.

Along with the fast development and expansion in cement business, other business segments have developed fast as well. Light weighted building material, compound material business, glass fiber and GRP products business, engineering service have achieved high performance. The number of new contract has increased by more than 50% in the first half year.
