Aug 19th 2008, BNBM has signed an agreement with Zhejiang Xingyuan Investment Company under Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group Company Ltd., and Zhejiang Tianda Building Material Resource Development Company Ltd in Hangzhou. According to the agreement, they will establish a joint venture and construct a gypsum board production line with an annual production capacity of 30 million square meters in Jiaxing. The agreement has signed based on the framework of Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group Company Ltd. and CNBM sighed on Apr 15th 2008. This agreement implies that BNBM has made a further strategic development in Changjiang River Delta.
