Dec 22nd 2008, CNBM and Inner Mongolia Electric Power Group Co., Ltd. signed Volan Cement Group share transfer agreement, which is an important part of strategic coorporation between the two parties.

  Volan Cement Group is a significant cement company in Inner Mongolia, which owns 5 NSP Cement Clinker Production Lines with an annual production capacity of 5 million tons. It also has three production lines under construction.
