China National Building Material Co., Ltd (CNBM) launched the first reading seminar with the subject "Learn Management from Formosa Plastics" in the Afternoon, Dec 3, 2010. The staff talked about experience after reading the two books "Learn Rationalization from Formosa Plastics" and "Arduous journey-the way Wang Yongqing created the Kingdom of the petrochemical industry". It is an act in response to the call to study Formosa Plastics from State Assets Administration Committee and CNBM, and is also an innovation of staffs training during the activities to create a learning organization.
