March 6th 2010, Member of the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee and Vice President Xi Jinping attended the discussion with Zhejiang delegation in the Third Session of the Eleventh National People`s Congress (NPC). Zhang Jianxing, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of South Cement and Executive Vice President, briefly reported to Vice President Xi on the development of South Cement. Zhang also expressed his appreciation to Xi in a congratulatory letter on incorporation of the company. Xi said, “Congratulations on the rapid development of South Cement, and wish for better development.”
