Sep 14th 2010, CNBM (HK3323) announced placing of 240 million new H shares with an aggregate nominal value of HK$ 3.82billion, and each share is HK$ 16. This is the fourth time of placing H shares after public listed in March 2006 and replacements in August 2007, and February 2009. Total aggregate nominal value is HK$ 10.9billion. There are 239 million new H shares this time, which takes 19.9% of total shares of CNBM. CNBM has 2.7billion shares up to date. The proceeds will be used in the repayment of debt and replenishment of operating capital.
