Oct 24th, CNBM and the two leading cement companies of Guizhou-Qiannan Taian cement Co., Ltd. and Qian Xinan Taian cement Co., Ltd. hold signing ceremony  in share transferring, and it begins the prologue of cement M&A in Guizhou. It is another important achievement of CNBM's Southwest strategy after three cement companies being mergered and acquired in Yunnan.
