December 15th sees the establishment of Southwest Cement Co. Ltd in Chengdu, which is cofounded by China National Building Material Co. Ltd together with Beijing Huachen PuJin, Shanghai Zhentong, and Shenzhen Jingda. Now, China National Building Material Co. Ltd kicks start the integration in the  southwest cement market.
