After signing the framework agreement in February, on May 15th night, Fujian Cement Company announced that Fujian Cement Company and South Cement Company will increase Capital of 950 Million Yuan for their wholly owned subsidiary, which increases the registered capital to 1000 Million Yuan, each of them accounted for 50% stake.
