Recently, the North Cement Co., Ltd. and the Heilongjiang Beijiang Group Co., Ltd. signed a share transfer agreement. The Beijiang Group transfers 80% share of 8 companies of its cement segment to the North Cement, which marks that the voice of the North Cement in Heilongjiang is enhanced.
