CNBM, Liaoyuan Jingang Cement Company Limited and Shanghai Zhentong Equity Investment Management Company Limited entered into the capital contribution agreement with a view to contributing capital to North Cement. Pursuant to it, CNBM will contribute an amount of RMB2,812.5 million, while Jingang Group will contribute RMB437.5 million and Shanghai Zhentong will contribute RMB500 million. Upon completion of the capital contribution, the registered capital of North Cement will be increased from RMB1 billion to RMB4 billion and CNBM's equity interest in North Cement will be increased from 55% to 70%.
