At 11: 06 on February 27th, the Long March-8 rocket, in Beacon paint, blasts off from the Wenchang Spacecraft Launch Site in south China's Hainan Province, successfully carrying 22 satellites into the scheduled orbit, setting a domestic record for the most spacecraft launched by a single rocket. Beacon Paint makes new contribution to China’s spaceflight.

The Long March-8 rocket uses special paint products for spaceflight from Beacon in its engine, rocket structure and outer skin.
