South Cement Company Limited became the first choice of cement suppliers for Hunan highway

  Dec 29th 2008, Hunan South Cement Company Limited (“Hunan South Cement”), a subsidiary of South Cement Company Limited, has signed strategic coorporation agreement with Hunan Highway Administration Guangxin Investment Co. Ltd.(“Guangxin Co.)”. According to the agreement, all cement required for all the highway projects in Hunan province will be provided by Hunan South Cement. From Jan 2009, Guangxin Co. will purchase 3 million tons for the first batch, which is expected to be completed in 2009.
