July 30, 2011, the signing ceremony of transfer of the share of Binzhou Cement between CNBM and Zhejiang Zhehai Shipping Company was held in Harbin. The Binzhou Cement Co., Ltd. in Heilongjiang province became a new M&A member of CNBM. Binzhou Cement currently has an annual output of cement clinker 3.8 million tons, and annual output of cement 5 million tons. It is the largest and most advanced production base of clinker and cement in Heilongjiang province.
