For the year 2012 CNBM achieved total revenue RMB87,218 million, representing an increase of 8.9% year on year; the net profit RMB5,580 million, representing a decrease of 30.4% year on year. Basic earnings per share were RMB1.03, representing a decrease of 30.4% year on year. The distribution of final dividend amounted to RMB0.155 (pre-tax) per share. It realized growths in both sales volume and revenue for the main products of the company: the cement sales volume reached 220 million tones, representing a growth of 20.9% year on year; sales volume of gypsum board was 1,050 million square meters, representing a growth of 20.1% year on year; sales volume of glass fiber amounted to 793 thousand tones, representing a growth of 6.2% year on year.
