On February 6, CNBM Graphite New Material Co., Ltd. proudly held its unveiling ceremony in Beijing. The event was graced by the presence of Zhou Yuxian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CNBM Group, and also Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CNBM. During the ceremony, Mr. Zhou delivered a significant speech, emphasizing the importance of this milestone. Cai Guobin, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of CNBM, and Vice Chairman of CNBM Graphite, also attended the event. Ye Yingchun, interim Party Committee Secretary and General Manager of CNBM Graphite, presided over the unveiling ceremony.

In his address, Mr. Zhou commended the excellent preparatory work undertaken by CNBM Graphite and extended heartfelt congratulations on its official establishment. He outlined the vision for the future development of the company while expressing his expectations. Highlighting that CNBM Graphite was the first significant third-tier platform established by the Group after obtaining approval as a state-owned capital investment company, he emphasized its significance as a symbol of the Group’s accelerated transformation into new materials and an important venture in the field of new energy materials. Mr. Zhou stressed the company’s commitment to shifting from mineral extraction to deep processing, and urged the vigorous development of new graphite materials based on natural graphite resources. He emphasized the exploration of applications for China’s new graphite materials in the emerging new energy industry. Furthermore, he emphasized the importance of strengthened corporate governance, goal-oriented and result-driven approaches, and the accelerated advancement of the graphite industry towards high-end, green, and intelligent solutions.
