March 23rd 2009, CNBM held its 3rd anniversary celebration ceremony of public listed in Hong Kong and the establishment of North Cement in Beijing.

Through consolidation and reorganization, CNBM has established three cement companies in Huaihai, the South, and the North areas. Cement production scope has increased from 11 million tons to 120 million tons. CNBM has become the most effective large cement enterprise in China’s cement industry. From the IPO three years ago to the successful placing of new shares recently, CNBM has achieved strong capital support for the growth of business.

The establishment of North Cement signifies a good beginning for consolidation and reorganization of CNBM cement business in the Northeast and Inner Mongolia areas.
