On March 27, China National Building Material Company Limited (stock code: HK.03323, hereinafter referred as “CNBM” or the “Company”) successfully conducted its 2022 annual results conference in Hong Kong. Mr. Zhou highlighted that CNBM is actively pursuing a transformation towards high-quality development. In the short term, the Company has achieved three key changes in its operating indicators. Firstly, the dividend ratio is consistently increasing, aiming to continuously create value for all shareholders. Secondly, the net debt ratio has declined constantly, with further reductions anticipated in the future. Lastly, the operating net cash flow has continued to grow, with a focus on strengthening this aspect in the future.
