On April 27, Zhou Yuxian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CNBM Group, and also Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CNBM, held a meeting with Mark Eichorn, CEO of Morgan Stanley’s Global Investment Banking Department, and his delegation in Beijing. The discussion centered on the global economic and financial landscape, the development patterns within the global building materials industry, and future international cooperation between the two parties.

Mr. Zhou warmly welcomed Mark Eichorn and his delegation and provided an overview of the operational status and development achievements of CNBM Group. Mr. Zhou emphasized that as the world’s largest comprehensive building materials industry group and a leading developer of new materials and provider of comprehensive services, CNBM Group is committed to the internationalization of all its businesses, processes, and elements. The Company aims to transition from the domestic market to the global market, building a modern industrial system and recreating the presence of a CNBM overseas within a span of approximately ten years. Mr. Zhou further highlighted the longstanding and fruitful cooperation between CNBM Group and Morgan Stanley over nearly two decades. He expressed his hope for further strengthened exchanges and collaboration in the future, leveraging Morgan Stanley’s resource advantages to focus on the international development of CNBM Group. Key areas of collaboration discussed included the provision of regional and industry research reports by Morgan Stanley, joint efforts on top-level design, and the creation of successful global-scale capital operation cases.
